Development
Graphic Art is able to appraise new silkscreen and membrane technologies using a custom-built R&D laboratory. Our extensive testing facilities also enable us to continually evaluate product quality and reliability, producing detailed reports.
Our test facilities include humidity & vacuum chambers, mechanical & electrical life test equipment, adhesion analysers, data logging systems and computer controlled membrane test equipment.
Whether they are produced at our Cambridge Facility or by our Chinese Partners, products that leave Graphic Art are manufactured to strict Quality Standards.
As part of the Company’s total commitment to product quality all our Membrane switches are 100% tested to ensure products exceed the Customers expectations.
Artwork
Our studio team can design and produce artwork for all your print requirements.
We utilise both Apple Macintosh and Windows pc’s running;
- Adobe CS3 – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,
- Quark Xpress 6.5
- Corel 12 design suite - CorelDRAW , Photopaint
- Macromedia Studio MX – Freehand, Dreamweaver, Fireworks
- Autodesk AutoCAD
Image Setting & Photography
We can output artwork to film at a resolution of 2540dpi
Screen Manufacture
We offer a screen manufacture service for customers who have their own in-house printing facilities.
Silk Screen Printing
Graphic Art screen print onto a wide variety of substrates including plastics, metal and papers.
Digital Printing
Graphic Art digitally print onto a wide variety of substrates including plastics and papers.
Large Format printing
Graphic Art digitally print large format media up to 1.65 m (65”) wide. We can print onto banner material, canvas, self adhesive vinyl, window stick, back lit film and Flag material. Prints are solvent based and are suitable for outside use.
Finishing
We offer many finishing services including laminating, encapsulating, lacquering, staple stitching, wire and comb binding, perfect binding, folding, plotter cutting, padding.
