Graphic Art utilises the latest in both Silk Screen and Digital Printing technology to provide exciting Overlay solutions to enhance our customer’s products

We offer valuable input to the design of your product and, through our Digital printing process, are able to provide a selection of design options printed on the actual substrate material, enabling you to make an informed choice prior to committing to tooling. We can then move forward to low cost, fast-turn prototyping and finally to full product manufacture.

Printing is generally under surface onto a transparent material which ensures a high level of print protection and also allows the introduction of clear or tinted windows for use with LED’s or LCD’s.

Our Graphic Overlays can be profiled to any shape and embossed for use in conjunction with low travel or membrane switches.

Materials

We use and hold consigned stock of a wide variety of transparent Polyester and Polycarbonate materials and these are available in smooth, textured, gloss and semi-gloss finishes.

Specialist material offering built in antimicrobial protection is also available. We stock a wide range of adhesives to cater for virtually any substrate surface or environment.

The use of Spectrophotometry and Densitometry ensures accurate and consistent colour matching
