Flexi Circuits have a high reliability, good mechanical strength and can be populated with surface mounted components. This is especially beneficial where room is at a premium and the use of single and double sided circuits offers very cost effective solutions.

Typical material used is high reliability, high performance polyimide which has good mechanical and thermal properties. Surface finishes can be tin/lead, nickel/gold and immersion gold. All materials are Rohs compliant.

Rubber Keypads are a durable alternative to membranes and overlays. 

They can be used in conjunction with membrane circuits and printed circuit boards. They can come in a variety of colours and can be screen or pad printed with your chosen graphics.

Rubber keypads are totally sealed against dust, liquids and the environment. They can be moulded into a variety of shapes and colours. They can have much more travel than a membrane if required. Different finishes can be applied to suit your requirements.
